The right technology is central to how modern defence businesses operate. This is an opportunity to take ownership of the systems, infrastructure and DevOps capability within a fast-growing Defence Tech company, one that leads the UK in advanced autonomous platforms.

As an IT leader you'll manage a small team (3-4 reports) spanning Business Applications, Infrastructure and DevOps. You'll inherit a team of experienced technical specialists and will be responsible for setting direction, developing capability and ensuring critical business systems support the company's ambitious growth plans.

You'll work across everything from enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives through to infrastructure strategy, DevOps practices and system integration. The role sits at the intersection of technology and business, requiring someone who can engage confidently with engineers, senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders alike.

We're particularly interested in people who bring:

  • Proven experience leading and developing IT teams
  • A solid understanding of infrastructure, networking and cloud environments
