You will join a high-reliability electronics manufacturer operating in safety-critical and mission-critical environments, where RF, microwave and complex electronic products are built, tested and shipped at scale. Your focus is on test, diagnostics and continuous improvement - not just running test procedures, but shaping how products are verified, fault-found and released into production.
What you will be doing:
- Designing and improving test systems and test setups
- Turning customer and internal specifications into practical test solutions
- Diagnosing faults down to component level
- Supporting production with hands-on troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Programming and maintaining test systems
- Improving test efficiency, robustness and documentation
- Acting as a technical reference point for test and diagnostics
