We're looking for a Test Technician to support the production of high-performance RF and communications equipment within a hands-on manufacturing environment. This role involves testing, fault-finding, and assembly work, ensuring products meet quality and technical standards across the production lifecycle. You'll be working closely with the production team in a fast-paced, detail-driven setting.
Skills & Experience:
- Essential:
- Experience in electronics testing, fault finding, or assembly
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings and schematics
- Understanding of electrical principles (RF knowledge beneficial)
- Comfortable using test equipment and production software
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Experience within RF, telecommunications, or similar industries
- Exposure to ATE testing or module programming
- Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment
Additional Information:
- £20/hour (Inside IR35)
- Full-time onsite (Maidenhead)
- 37.5 hours per week (Mon–Fri)
- Unlimited overtime paid in full
