Having recently secured significant investment and achieved strong commercial traction across Europe and North America, the business is now scaling its enterprise sales team and looking to hire a Senior Enterprise Account Executive - focussing on the UK. The Role
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you'll own complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through to close, targeting large organisations across sectors including infrastructure, manufacturing, energy, transportation and the built environment. You'll work directly with senior stakeholders including Sustainability Directors, Heads of Operations, Transformation Leaders and C-suite executives, helping organisations solve some of their most pressing commercial and environmental challenges. This is a highly strategic role with significant autonomy, visibility and influence across the wider business.
Responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle for strategic new business opportunities
- Build and execute account plans across a defined territory
- Lead consultative discovery, solution design and commercial negotiations
- Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate measurable operational and sustainability outcomes
- Partner closely with Product, Customer Success and Solutions Engineering teams
- Influence go-to-market strategy through customer and market insights
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Consistently exceed revenue targets while helping establish best practices across the commercial organisation
About You

- 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience
- A strong track record of closing enterprise-level opportunities
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong consultative and value-based selling skills
- Experience working within a structured sales methodology (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPICED or similar)
- The ability to build credibility with both commercial and technical stakeholders
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in fast-paced environments
