About Our Client: Our client is building AI-driven technology designed to help financial institutions automate compliance workflows and surface actionable insights for risk and compliance teams. Since their incorporation less than 3 years ago, our client has partnered with some of the world's largest financial institutions and raised significant backing from top-tier investors (multi-million pounds).
About the Role: Our client is looking for a Marketing Director to build and own their marketing execution engine. This is an individual contributor role focused on hands-on execution across multiple channels, working closely with the founders and the commercial team. The successful candidate will take end-to-end ownership of the firm's marketing activities—from event-driven demand generation to content, partnerships, and product communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and execute marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
- Take ownership of the full lifecycle of our client's event-driven marketing strategy.
- Improve the structure and discipline behind marketing activities by building repeatable processes for campaigns and events to ensure strong lead conversion.
- Drive partnerships and ecosystem marketing.
- Analyse data to uncover insights and drive smarter, innovative marketing decisions.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in B2B marketing.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in fintech or companies selling to financial services is obligatory.
- Growth Track Record: Experience working in a high-growth startup environment, such as helping a company scale from Seed to Series A/B.
- Execution: Confidence in executing across multiple marketing channels.
