We're supporting a long-standing client of ours, a mission-driven FinTech who continue with their digital evolution and we're looking for a Lead Frontend Developer who wants to make a real impact. What You’ll Be Doing:- Own the entire frontend stack across all customer journeys
- Lead and mentor developers, raising the bar on engineering quality
- Evolve a modern, scalable component library & design system
- Turn ideas into polished, production-ready UI with the design team
- Champion performance, accessibility, responsive design & frontend architecture
- Partner with backend and product teams to ship seamless, integrated features
- Drive continuous improvements that make the platform faster, cleaner and more delightful to use
- Has deep experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc.)
- Has built scalable, reliable, production-grade interfaces
- Enjoys leading, mentoring and supporting a growing team
- Works comfortably with design systems, component libraries and API integrations
