We're partnering with a highly respected, award-winning digital consultancy delivering complex, large-scale transformation programmes across the healthcare sector. Working at the cutting edge of data, AI, and digital innovation, this organisation supports national and regional healthcare providers – helping improve patient outcomes, operational efficiency and service delivery through impactful, tech‐for‐good solutions.

Due to continued growth, they're now looking to hire a Business Development Manager to expand their footprint across the UK healthcare market.

The Opportunity

This is a senior, strategic business development role focused on winning and growing opportunities across public and private healthcare organisations. You'll play a key role in shaping deals, building long‐term partnerships, and influencing healthcare go‐to‐market strategy, working closely with senior leadership and cross‐functional teams.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Driving new business across the healthcare sector (NHS, regional bodies, private healthcare providers)
  • Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across clinical, operational and digital teams
  • Leading and contributing to enterprise‐level deals from early engagement through to proposal and close
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop compelling, solution‐led propositions
  • Leading bid activity and proposition development within the healthcare team
  • Identifying, qualifying, and shaping opportunities aligned to commercial and strategic objectives
  • Developing strategic partnerships and alliances to strengthen market offering
  • Acting as a market ambassador, representing the organisation within the healthcare ecosystem
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in business development within the healthcare sector
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, data or technology solutions in healthcare
  • Track record of contributing to or leading complex, high‐value deals
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and decision‐makers
  • A consultative, strategic approach to sales and opportunity development
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to shape viable, profitable deals
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‐building skills
Nice to Have
  • Experience working across NHS or private healthcare environments
  • Exposure to AI, data platforms or digital health solutions
  • Experience with bids, frameworks or strategic partnerships
