R2 is helping to hire multiple PMO professionals to join a large-scale transformation programme delivering meaningful change within the public sector.

We're particularly keen to speak with experienced and mid-level PMO candidates who can confidently support complex programmes, drive governance and reporting, manage stakeholders, and keep delivery on track in fast-paced environments.

You'll be joining a well-established PMO function with opportunities to work across high-profile projects alongside experienced programme leaders.

We're looking for people with:

  • True PMO / Programme Office experience
  • Public sector experience
  • Strong reporting, governance, and coordination skills
  • Experience supporting large programmes or multiple workstreams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach

Ideal backgrounds include: PMO Analyst, Senior PMO Analyst, PMO Coordinator, or similar Programme Office roles.
