We're working with a growing technology business looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join the team on a 14-month fixed-term contract. This role is focused on building strong client relationships, driving customer engagement and ensuring long-term account success across a portfolio of software customers.

You will act as the main point of contact for clients, helping them maximise value from the platform, supporting onboarding and adoption, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the lifecycle.

The role:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Drive customer engagement, adoption and retention
  • Support onboarding and implementation of new customers
  • Conduct regular account reviews and performance check-ins
  • Monitor account health, usage and customer feedback
  • Identify renewal, upsell and growth opportunities
  • Work closely with internal teams including product, support and sales
  • Maintain accurate customer records and account updates within CRM systems
  • Support project coordination for onboarding and new client set-up

  • Background within a SaaS or technology environment

  • Strong organisational and presentation skills
  • Experience within secure, regulated or public sector environments would be advantageous

This is a remote role with regular travel to customer sites as required. Due to the nature of the work, applicants must be eligible for security clearance.
