This role is designed for a true hunter - someone who thrives on building net-new enterprise relationships, opening doors, and converting complex opportunities into long-term strategic partnerships.
You will be targeting enterprise and upper mid-market organisations, positioning industry-leading solutions across cloud, networking, cybersecurity, collaboration, infrastructure, and managed services. Experience selling into enterprise environments is essential, and success in an MSP or VAR setting will put you at a strong advantage. CISCO experience is highly preferred, with the ideal candidate already familiar with Cisco architectures, partner programmes, and co-selling motions.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive net-new enterprise acquisition, generating and converting high-value opportunities.
- Deliver £500k+ GP annually through a blend of hardware, software, and multi-year managed services contracts.
- Build and execute a proactive sales strategy focused on new logo wins across target sectors.
- Manage the full 360 sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and close.
- Develop multi-threaded relationships across C-level, IT leadership, procurement, and key stakeholders.
- Re-engage lapsed or former accounts to reignite commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to craft tailored and scalable IT solutions.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM hygiene.
- Represent the business at partner events, industry shows, and customer briefings.
- 5+ years proven experience in IT sales, ideally within a Managed Service Provider or Value-Added Reseller.
- Demonstrable track record of delivering £500k+ GP annually in a new-business-focused role.
- Strong experience hunting new logos and opening enterprise accounts (500+ users).
- CISCO sales experience highly preferred, including familiarity with Cisco solutions and partner programmes.
- Experience selling multi-year managed services contracts (cloud, networking, infrastructure, security).
- Ability to close large and complex deals (£200k+ GM).
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation capability, and confidence responding to RFPs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and value-based selling skills.
- Highly driven self-starter with a competitive, entrepreneurial mindset.
- CRM proficiency and strong pipeline management discipline.
- Sell with confidence into enterprise clients backed by award-winning delivery and Tier 1 vendor partnerships.
- Join a culture built on performance, trust, empowerment, and progression.
- Access cutting-edge technology stacks and market-leading partners, including Cisco and Microsoft.
- Competitive salary, uncapped commission, and genuine career growth opportunities.
- Work in a fast-paced, agile environment where results are celebrated and rewarded.
