A leading technology company is looking for a Non-Technical Engineering Manager to support the success and development of two highly collaborative engineering teams. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and mentoring engineers, helping them set and meet meaningful goals.
- Ensuring team members receive timely feedback and are supported in their growth.

- Collaborating with peers across Product, Delivery, and Engineering to drive improvement.
- Shaping inclusive hiring processes and career development structures.
- Championing a values-driven and transparent work culture.
We’re looking for someone who:
