SR2 is recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst to join a multidisciplinary team delivering a Discovery phase for a large-scale digital transformation programme. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of a complex case and incident management service, working closely with product, design, architecture and research teams to define the best path forward.

You'll be responsible for understanding current business processes, operational workflows and user needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating findings into clear requirements and recommendations. The successful candidate will be confident facilitating workshops, mapping end-to-end services, engaging senior stakeholders, and producing evidence-based outputs to support strategic decision-making throughout the Discovery phase.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience working as a Business Analyst on GDS Discovery phases or similar complex transformation programmes
  • Strong experience with process mapping, requirements elicitation and workshop facilitation
  • Experience analysing end-to-end services spanning multiple teams, systems and operational processes
  • Ability to distinguish user needs, business requirements, assumptions, constraints and solution options
  • Experience producing high-quality documentation and recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams including Product Managers, Service Designers, User Researchers and Technical Architects
