I'm currently recruiting for a Director of Business Development to lead growth across UK national security & intelligence environments. This is a rare opportunity to own and scale a high-value business unit within an established consultancy, with immediate access to a major long-term framework and multi-million-pound opportunities.

What you’ll be doing?

  • Driving new business across national security & central government clients
  • Owning and growing a pipeline of £1M–£4M+ deals
  • Leveraging frameworks and routes to market to unlock revenue
  • Building relationships within high-assurance environments
  • Expanding partner ecosystems (consultancies, primes, etc.)
  • Identifying upsell opportunities within existing programmes
  • Shaping GTM strategy and influencing senior stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong BD / sales background in: Central Government / Defence / National Security
  • Proven track record delivering multi-million-pound deals
  • Deep understanding of: Frameworks (CCS, DPS, etc.) Government procurement routes
  • Established network across: Government buyers Consulting / delivery partners
  • Comfortable operating in complex, high-security environments
  • Must hold DV clearance or be eligible
  • Experience working in high-assurance / secure environments highly desirable

Remote-first. Travel to South West (Cheltenham / Bristol) as required. All expenses covered.

  • £110k base
  • Bonus (OTE £135k+)
