Bristol | Hybrid | £28,000-£32,000 + Excellent Benefits

If you're fascinated by AI and have found yourself experimenting with ChatGPT, Claude or other LLMs, this is an opportunity to turn that interest into a career. We're partnering with a mission-led fintech that's using AI to help make the financial system more transparent, accountable and accessible. Their technology empowers some of the world's leading investment organisations to make more informed decisions by transforming complex information into clear, intelligent insights.

As an AI Data Analyst, you'll play a key role in improving how the AI thinks, learns and performs. You'll work with Large Language Models every day, refining prompts, testing outputs, identifying edge cases and collaborating closely with engineers to continually improve the accuracy, consistency and quality of the platform. This is a rare opportunity to join an ambitious, purpose-driven company where you'll gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI while helping build technology that's making a genuine difference in the real world.

What you'll be doing:

  • Writing and refining prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Testing AI outputs across a wide variety of scenarios
  • Identifying errors, inconsistencies and edge cases
  • Improving data definitions and extraction logic
  • Investigating why AI outputs succeed or fail and continuously improving performance
  • Working closely with engineers to shape and enhance the product

You don't need years of AI experience. What matters most is your mindset. We're looking for someone who:

  • Is genuinely excited by AI and emerging technologies
  • Has exceptional attention to detail
  • Enjoys solving problems and thinking critically
  • Is naturally curious and loves learning
  • Communicates clearly and confidently
  • Takes pride in producing high-quality work

Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini (whether through work, university or personal projects) would be a real advantage.

Why apply?

AI is evolving at an incredible pace, and opportunities to gain meaningful commercial experience like this are still relatively rare. You'll join a collaborative, highly supportive team where you'll work directly with cutting-edge AI technology, develop valuable technical skills and contribute to a product that's helping create a more transparent and responsible financial system. If you're looking for a role where you can grow quickly, learn from experienced engineers and see the real-world impact of your work, this is an opportunity not to miss.
