The company is now entering an ambitious five-year transformation programme to modernise its systems, processes and ways of working β making this a particularly exciting time to join and play a key role in shaping how projects are delivered in the future.
This role sits within a central Project Management function and works closely with multi-disciplinary technical teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and on budget.
The RoleYou will be responsible for managing a portfolio of technically complex projects, from initial definition through to delivery, including:

- Degree (or equivalent experience) in engineering or a technical discipline
- 4+ years' experience managing complex projects
- Experience in a design, manufacturing or technically demanding environment
- Comfortable working with engineers and technical specialists
- Commercial and customer-facing experience is a plus
