Role Overview

As an Account Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in our growth, focusing on high-value SaaS deals (average £50k). This hunter-style position is ideal for a proactive business developer who thrives on closing deals and building lasting relationships. You’ll target the French or German markets, driving our expansion while contributing directly to our mission of making technology accessible for all.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive Business Development: Build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting and converting inbound leads.
  • Targeted Engagement: Identify and engage decision-makers across departments such as Marketing, IT, HR, and Accessibility, tailoring your approach to address their needs.
  • Sales Execution: Own the sales cycle from outreach to close, focusing on consultative, value-driven selling.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Thrive in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment, maximizing available tools to meet ambitious targets.
  • Collaboration: Partner with marketing, customer success, and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Market Awareness: Leverage insights from trends like the European Accessibility Act to position our solutions effectively.
  • Performance Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records to track progress and provide reliable forecasts.
