As the business continues to grow, they're looking for a hands-on IT Manager to take ownership of their internal technology estate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a broad role, combining IT operations, endpoint management, security, and user support within a modern cloud-first environment.
Overview
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the organisation's IT systems, supporting employees across multiple locations and helping to maintain a secure, reliable, and scalable technology environment.
Key responsibilities
- Administering and managing the Google Workspace environment
- Managing user accounts, permissions, security settings, and shared resources
- Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Managing company devices and endpoint security
- Supporting both MacOS and Windows environments
- Managing SaaS applications, SSO integrations, and access controls
- Maintaining hardware and software asset inventories
- Developing and improving IT policies, procedures, and documentation
- Supporting wider security and compliance initiatives
Experience
- Experience with Hexnode or other MDM platforms
- Experience managing users, permissions, security policies, and device access
- Experience supporting MacOS and Windows environments
- Strong understanding of identity and access management, including SSO and MFA
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
