Our client is building the next generation of enterprise AI - systems that learn continuously from real-world processes. They're a Series A company backed by $30M in funding and are growing their AI Engineering team to tackle one of the hardest problems in applied AI.

The Role

As an AI Engineer, you’ll work on a core learning system that observes how work actually gets done inside enterprises, codifies it, and continuously improves through feedback. Your work will directly shape how AI agents learn, adapt, and drive operational impact at scale. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of research, engineering, and real-world deployment.

What You’ll Work On

  • Core learning systems: Build and evolve AI systems that extract, represent, and refine real operational processes into living, editable playbooks.
  • AI that improves over time: Design meta-learning approaches, evaluation pipelines, and feedback loops that enable continuous learning.
  • Research to production: Ship research-driven ideas into production systems used by enterprise customers.
  • Customer-facing AI: Collaborate directly with enterprise users to deploy AI, gather feedback, and iteratively improve system performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience building production AI systems or complex LLM-powered applications that improve over time.
  • Commercial experience working with agentic AI systems.
  • Hands-on work with human-in-the-loop feedback, evaluation frameworks, or continuous learning pipelines.
  • Comfort operating at the boundary between research and real-world impact.
  • Deep learning experience is a plus, but production experience matters most.

Why Join

  • Extremely competitive salary
  • Meaningful equity
  • Work alongside some of the best talent in applied AI
  • A rare opportunity to shape how the next generation of AI systems learn and evolve
