I am recruiting for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join a growing IT and Operations function in Swindon with a awesome company leading the way in the IT field. l need to be happy going into their Swindon office 2 days a week. \\n This is a great opportunity for someone who loves turning data into insight and helping teams make evidence based decisions.

In this role, youll be working closely with senior members of the data team to design and deliver clear, meaningful reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and other visualisation tools. Youll play a key part in transforming data into actionable insights that support business performance and add real value to members and stakeholders. \\n Your day-to-day will include producing both standard and ad-hoc reports, validating and reconciling data across multiple sources, and ensuring that everything you deliver is accurate, timely and aligned with data governance standards.

Youll also contribute to improving BI practices, developing KPIs and metrics, and maintaining documentation to keep things transparent and traceable. \\n Were looking for someone with experience in creating reports with Power BI and Excel (or similar BI Tools) , a good understanding of SQL, with the ability to query databases, and an eye for detail when it comes to data accuracy and presentation. A degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics (or equivalent experience) would be ideal, and Power BI certification would be a bonus.
