We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile product teams within a tech for good business in delivering value through collaboration, continuous improvement, and effective Scrum practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide teams in Agile and Scrum practices
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments
  • Support Product Owners with backlog management and planning
  • Coach teams to become self-managing and outcome-focused
  • Foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Experience Scrum Mastering technical or product teams
  • Strong coaching, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles

Structure: 3 x a week in Bath

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 + benefits
