We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile product teams within a tech for good business in delivering value through collaboration, continuous improvement, and effective Scrum practices.
Responsibilities:
- Guide teams in Agile and Scrum practices
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments
- Support Product Owners with backlog management and planning
- Coach teams to become self-managing and outcome-focused
- Foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Experience Scrum Mastering technical or product teams
- Strong coaching, facilitation, and communication skills
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles
Structure: 3 x a week in Bath
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 + benefits
