SR2 have been engaged to support a Start-up who have been backed by some top-tier VCs recruit 4-5 engineers to come in and own technical systems end-to-end. This will be an intense, fast-moving role where you will ship features within days, and not have endless weeks of planning. You get the call the shots in this role, you own the system and do not need to ask for permission; true ownership.
What will you be doing?
- Architectural decisions which shape the product
- Shipping features from ideation to production in days
- Working closely with founding team and having influence on strategy + direction
- Handling Python / FastAPI backend
- LLM Orchestration and RAG pipelines
What skills are essential?
- Python, FastAPI
- Modern FE Development - TypeScript / JavaScript
- Production infrastructure
What type of profile are we looking for?
- This role is most likely to suit an early-career engineer (0 - 5 years)
- Previous Founder/Founding Engineer experience (Desirable)
