Senior Elixir Engineer

We’re partnered with a mission-driven tech company that utilises ecology, data, and software to help people manage land by putting the environment first. Their product development team is growing, and they’re looking for thoughtful, versatile software engineers to help scale a B2B SaaS platform that's already used daily. This is a chance to work on meaningful green tech that directly contributes to climate and biodiversity solutions.

What you'll be working on

• Building full-stack features using Elixir and Phoenix LiveView

• Translating complex Excel-based models into robust backend logic

• Designing data structures and workflows to support continuous updates

• Collaborating across engineering, research, and product to create accessible tools for land management

Your experience and skills

• Proficiency with Elixir or other functional languages

• Experience building and maintaining production web applications

• Familiarity with Phoenix LiveView, PostgreSQL, and TypeScript

• Understanding of accessibility standards, testing, and secure coding practices

• Comfort working with Docker, AWS, and data processing pipelines

• A collaborative, pragmatic approach and an interest in solving environmental challenges
