That\’s why they\’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to reach new business, owning the entire sales cycle, and driving long term growth.
The role
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll drive new business growth through a consultative, end-to-end sales approach, owning everything from initial outreach to close. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role focused on engaging senior stakeholders, managing complex deals, and building a strong pipeline with real influence over how sales is done.
About You
You’re a confident, driven sales professional who enjoys autonomy and accountability. You’re commercially sharp, resilient, and motivated by success, but also care about the purpose behind what you sell.
What you need to be considered for this role:
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS and complex solution sales
- A strong track record of new business acquisition
- Experience managing long or complex sales cycles
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and handling commercial negotiations
- A structured, proactive approach to pipeline management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
