As they continue to scale, they are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to help accelerate growth across the renewable energy sector. This is a high-impact role within a small, ambitious sales team, focused on winning new business, expanding strategic accounts, and building a strong long-term pipeline across the UK.
The RoleYou’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth in FY25/26 and beyond, with a balance of quick-win sales and strategic pipeline development. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys opening doors, building trusted relationships, and closing complex solution sales.
Key Responsibilities- Win new business and build strategic relationships with customers, prospects, and industry bodies.
- Deliver solution-led, value-based selling to both new and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting using HubSpot.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets while building a strong 12-month pipeline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience selling into corporate or public sector areas.
- Demonstrated success winning new logos and closing solution-based sales.
- Strong grasp of structured sales methodologies.
- Confident user of HubSpot CRM for forecasting and account management.
- Knowledge of UK and European energy markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, collaborating with teammates, and mentoring others.
Salary: Base - £55,000 - £75,000 DOE, OTE + 20/30% Remote with some travel.
