Scrum Master - Bristol/ Remote £65,000

I’m recruiting for Scrum Master to join an exciting and growing scaleup client of mine based in Central Bristol, who develop software within the residential and commercial building space to help digitalise buildings and give them smart building capabilities You’ll be joining the nicest bunch of people with a great working environment, and the role offers hybrid flexibility, with just 2–3 days per month required in their Bristol office , the rest of the time, you’re free to work remotely.

Their current Scrum Master is retiring and they are looking for someone to step into their shoes and help them to mature their delivery capability. They are are looking for a Scrum Master to take ownership of their Agile delivery processes and drive continuous improvement across their development teams. Reporting to the COO, you’ll lead the delivery of their digital product portfolio and work closely with their Product Owner, developers , and customer teams. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our teams are empowered, delivery is predictable, and client needs are consistently met.

In this role you’ll work very closely with engineering, overseeing three squads. You’ll lead and facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and backlog refinements, they want someone who can unblock issues, maintain momentum, keep stakeholders informed and bring product curiosity to every sprint. You’ll coach and mentor team members, creating an environment built on collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. Working closely with leadership and cross functional partners, you’ll help mature Agile practices and enhance delivery outcomes across the company , while championing a culture of continuous improvement, and innovation.

They are looking for someone experienced working as a Scrum Master, with experience with digital products is preferred. Salary is up to £65,000.
