This is an exciting new position for a product owner/manager with a couple of years of experience, whereby you will support the newly formed tech side of the business in delivering a large range of products – from medical tech clients to assisting EdTech products/programmes. You will lead the development of these products working within a team of 5, ensuring that they exceed expectations and contribute positively to the team.
You will assist with product discovery phases, ALPA stages, working with the tech team and clients regarding feedback and help write user stories/epics. You will have exceptional awareness – be detail orientated, task-driven and be able to organise the existing development team helping them also manage priorities.
The team are growing, utilising AGILE methodologies however they want to be challenged and pushed forward as a business and team. They have a constant thirst for learning and development and they are always trying to get better. This is a great opportunity to grab a team full of talent by the horns and make a big impact from day 1. You will be working amongst a team of top talent in a fully remote team who meet up monthly in the South West.
The company's founders have extensive experience in their field from both working closely with their clients for over 50 years combined, as well as professionally executing some of the largest and most difficult projects over the last decade, worth over £50 million. The company has further demonstrated phenomenal success over the last 4 years, including six very significant projects won.
