This is an exciting new position for a product owner/manager with a couple of years of experience, whereby you will support the newly formed tech side of the business in delivering a large range of products – from medical tech clients to assisting EdTech products/programmes.

Within this role, you will join the tech side of the business and contribute to a multitude of ongoing client products. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2+ years’ experience within the product space. You will lead the development of these products working within a team of 5, ensuring that they exceed expectations and contribute positively to the team.

A key part of your role will be juggling priorities – you will be used to a fast-paced environment and you will be well-versed at managing multiple clients' priorities, expectations, and products. You will keep close to the business’ JIRA tickets – ensure that these are managed and products are delivered successfully and on time. You will assist with product discovery phases, ALPA stages, working with the tech team and clients regarding feedback and help write user stories/epics.

You will have exceptional awareness – be detail-oriented, task-driven and be able to organise the existing development team helping them also manage priorities. You will be a product evangelist. The team are growing, utilising AGILE methodologies; however, they want to be challenged and pushed forward as a business and team. They have a constant thirst for learning and development and they are always trying to get better. You will have a flair for managing difficult stakeholders – and a positive “get it done” attitude.

This is a great opportunity to grab a team full of talent by the horns and make a big impact from day 1. They are on the hunt for a diverse individual who wants to challenge themselves and grow with the organisation.

You will be working amongst a team of top talent in a fully remote team who meet up monthly in the South West. The company has further demonstrated phenomenal success over the last 4 years, including six very significant projects won. The role is a 12-month FTC, with the aim of becoming a FT employee.

If you are looking to be treated like an adult with complete flexibility, remote working and unlimited holiday (no, seriously, it isn’t tracked) then please apply!
