Salary: 70-90k + commission + equity

Our client is a high-growth European technology company operating at the intersection of cloud infrastructure and video delivery. They build modern, software-defined platforms that enable broadcasters, media companies and streaming providers to process and deliver content at scale. Having established strong traction across Northern and Western Europe, they are now expanding into the UK and wider European markets, investing in commercial and technical hires to support this growth.

The media industry is undergoing a major infrastructure shift. Legacy video processing and delivery systems are being replaced by more flexible, cloud-native platforms that can support modern requirements such as ad-supported streaming, low-latency live content, and hybrid deployment models. Our client’s platform is designed to support this transition across encoding, packaging and delivery workflows. This role sits at the centre of that change, working directly with enterprise customers to design, validate and deploy solutions into production.

What you will do:

  • Lead technical discovery and architecture discussions with broadcasters, pay-TV providers and streaming platforms
  • Design end-to-end solutions across video processing and delivery workflows
  • Build and deploy proof-of-concepts in cloud or customer environments
  • Partner closely with sales leadership across the UK and Europe to support complex enterprise deals
  • Own customer onboarding, rollout and migration into live production environments
  • Define and manage Statements of Work, delivery plans and change requests
  • Run project governance, including stakeholder updates and delivery tracking
  • Act as the technical bridge between customers and internal engineering teams

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering or technical delivery within streaming, media, or cloud platforms
  • Strong understanding of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure or GCP, alongside on-prem or hybrid deployments
  • Knowledge of video workflows (HEVC, H.264, SRT, ABR, low-latency). Knowledge of Bitrate streaming, HLS, MPEG-Dash, and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as adaptive bitrate streaming, low-latency delivery, and containerised environments
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles while also delivering structured implementations
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple customer engagements across Europe
  • Experience delivering customer implementations into production
