Role Overview
The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving growth and maximising return on investment (ROI) through data-driven, results-oriented digital advertising and campaign strategies. This role will focus on paid media channels, performance analytics, campaigns and optimisation to achieve specific acquisition, retention, and revenue goals. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across key paid channels along with delivering marketing campaigns.
- Manage the full lifecycle of campaigns, from planning and creative briefing to implementation, optimization, and reporting.
- Identify and target key customer segments to drive conversions and achieve business goals.
Optimization & Performance Management:
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize for metrics such as ROI, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Leverage A/B testing to improve ad creative, copy, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Google Adwords to drive engagement for BME.
Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate performance marketing budgets effectively, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Monitor spending and performance to ensure campaigns stay within budget while maximizing ROI.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyze campaign data and prepare detailed performance reports for internal stakeholders.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of paid media initiatives, providing actionable insights to inform future strategies.
- Use data visualization tools to communicate results clearly and effectively.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the CMO to develop compelling a marketing strategy for you to execute against.
- Collaborate with the broader sales and marketingg capability to align performance marketing efforts with brand strategy and overarching marketing goals.
- Partner with product, sales, and analytics teams to ensure alignment across the customer journey.
Innovation & Growth:
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
- Identify and test new advertising platforms, channels, and strategies to expand reach and drive growth.
Experience:
- 3-5+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns with measurable results.
- Hubspot as CRM/Marketing Automation and Wordpress (for landing pages)
Skills & Competencies:
- Expertise in paid media platforms
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms including Hubspot.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
