This isn’t a standard PM role. You’ll be delivering into a next-generation MOD tactical communications programme - where the challenge isn’t building the tech… it’s making it all work together. You’ll sit inside a Defence Digital environment, bringing structure, governance and control across a complex, multi-stakeholder programme.
You’ll be:
- Driving delivery across scope, cost, risk and schedule
- Managing RAID, reporting and governance in line with MOD frameworks
- Coordinating across MOD, suppliers and technical teams
- Supporting senior decision-making in a high-assurance environment
This is less about deep technical knowledge… and more about knowing how to navigate MOD and make delivery happen.
You’ll need:
- Strong experience in MOD / Defence Digital environments
- Solid understanding of governance, JSPs and project controls
- Confidence managing stakeholders across military and supplier teams
- Ability to operate in uncertain, evolving programmes
- Huge bonus if you have all the above and worked with military communication systems.
Must hold active SC clearance (Higher level clearance a bonus).
If you’re a defence PM who can bring control to complexity - this is a strong one.
