This is about one thing: Making sure capability actually works long-term. You’ll take ownership of Integrated Logistics Support for a major MOD programme, ensuring what’s being delivered is supportable, sustainable and affordable from day one. You’ll sit between engineering, MOD and delivery - shaping how the system is supported throughout its lifecycle.
You’ll be:
- Owning and driving the ILS strategy across the programme
- Defining support concepts, maintenance, spares and training approaches
- Influencing stakeholders on cost, risk and sustainment decisions
- Ensuring suppliers deliver against supportability requirements
This isn’t a “follow the process” role. You’ll be expected to shape the strategy in a messy, evolving environment.
You’ll need:

- Deep understanding of MOD logistics and through-life support
