Would you like to become the first Product Manager at an early-stage AI startup who are making waves in their industry via generative AI tech? I’m working with a Bristol-based SaaS company founded by a brilliant mix of deep industry expertise and strong technical leadership. After building a hugely impressive product and securing significant investment, they’re now looking for their first Product Manager to join the team as they scale.
You’ll take full ownership of the product roadmap, defining what gets built, why it gets built and how it delivers value to users. This is an end-to-end PM role where you’ll wear multiple hats - leading on user research, discovery & delivery, whilst also collaborating closely with engineering and design to ship high-quality features at pace – you’ll even get involved in UX & wireframing from time-to-time!
Because the product is complex, feature-rich and heavily used by technical professionals, they’re particularly keen on someone with experience in the architecture or engineering sectors, or someone who has worked on complex B2B SaaS platforms. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a rapidly growing startup at a pivotal stage, defining product practices from the ground up and having a huge influence on what the company becomes – I can’t stress enough how rare it is to find opportunities in this particular industry, working on such an innovative product!
What you’ll need:
- Solid experience as a Product Manager in either a SaaS environment or the Architecture/Engineering industry – working on a complex & feature-rich product
- Experience owning the full product lifecycle, from discovery through to delivery
- A background in early-stage start-up environments
- Comfortable leading on customer & user research, with the ability to impact subsequent product design & development
- Ability to define and maintain a clear product roadmap
- Confident collaborating closely with engineering and design teams
- Some experience with UX wireframing or early-stage concepting
- Happy working in a hybrid pattern in central Bristol
