We’re working with a rapidly scaling FinTech business within a consulting‑led technology division, building bespoke financial systems and platforms for clients operating in complex, high‑stakes environments. This is a hands‑on technical leadership role where you’ll sit at the intersection of engineering, architecture, and client delivery, helping design and build core backend systems that power real financial workflows. You’ll be joining a high‑calibre engineering team in Newcastle, working closely with both internal stakeholders and external clients to turn complex requirements into robust, scalable software systems.
Tech environment:
- Python (core backend development)
