About the Company
We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing sustainability-focused start-up, born from a well-established technology consultancy in 2019. This innovative company is redefining the modern workplace through smart, eco-friendly tech solutions — from intelligent parking management systems to their latest game-changing car-sharing platform. With household-name clients like Vodafone and Johnson & Johnson already on board, they’re scaling fast — and building a team to match.
The Opportunity
With a Business Development Rep already in place and a strong vision led by the Director, the team is now looking for a talented Marketing Executive to help shape and drive their commercial growth. This is a brilliant opportunity for a hands-on, creative marketer to take ownership of the function at an exciting early stage.
The Role
This is a broad and dynamic marketing role — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to wear many hats. Your day-to-day could include:
- Running digital marketing campaigns
- Managing and attending industry events
- Creating content (think blogs, social, case studies)
- Working closely with the leadership team to bring the brand to life
- Collaborating with a global digital agency for high-level strategy support — while you focus on making things happen
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- 2+ years of marketing experience in a tech environment
- A self-starter mindset and eagerness to take the lead
- Strong content, digital, and campaign skills
- A passion for sustainability and innovation
Information
Salary of £30,000–£35,000. Remote-first working, with occasional team days in Surrey. The chance to build and grow a marketing function from the ground up. Exposure to leadership and direct impact on business growth.
