We're partnered with one of London's fastest-growing AI-first startups, looking to hire multiple Senior Full Stack Engineers as they continue to scale. They're solving one of the biggest challenges facing enterprise organisations today: helping thousands of employees actually adopt AI tools and generate measurable business value from them. The platform is already used by major enterprise organisations, has surpassed £1m ARR, and is entering its next phase of growth.
This is a true end-to-end product engineering position. You'll own features from discovery through to production, working closely with Product and Design rather than simply delivering tickets. Engineers are trusted to shape solutions, influence technical direction and make pragmatic architectural decisions across the entire stack. You'll be joining a team that's heavily AI-enabled in the way they build software. AI coding assistants and agentic development workflows are embedded into day-to-day engineering, so you'll be expected to be comfortable using tools such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar to improve your own productivity.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building customer-facing product features across frontend and backend.
- Owning projects from idea through to production.
- Working directly with Product and Design to solve real customer problems.
- Driving technical standards, code quality and engineering best practice.
- Making architectural decisions across APIs, backend services, frontend applications and data models.
- Helping scale a high-growth SaaS platform used by thousands of users.
- Contributing to a collaborative engineering culture where everyone owns outcomes, not just tickets.
Tech Stack
- Backend: Python (FastAPI preferred, Django or Flask also welcomed)
- Frontend: Vue.js, React, Next.js, Angular, TypeScript
Experience with the exact stack isn't essential - they're looking for engineers who understand modern product engineering rather than framework specialists.
What They're Looking For
- Strong experience as a Senior Full Stack Engineer building production SaaS products.
- The ability to comfortably own work across frontend and backend.
- Experience delivering customer-facing products from concept through to production.
- Strong product instincts and experience working closely with Product Managers, Designers or end users.
- Confidence making technical decisions and setting engineering standards.
- Excellent communication skills - you'll regularly collaborate across engineering, product and leadership.
- Daily experience using AI tooling within your own engineering workflow.
- A genuine desire to work in a startup environment and help build a business, rather than simply joining another engineering team.
- Previous startup experience isn't essential, but enthusiasm for startup life absolutely is.
Why Join?
- Join at an exciting stage of growth with £1m ARR already achieved.
- Help shape the engineering culture as one of several senior hires.
- Small, high-performing engineering team with real ownership.
- Work directly with founders and senior leadership.
- AI-first engineering culture using modern developer tooling.
- Significant influence over architecture, product direction and technical standards.
- Competitive salary (£90-110k sweet spot) plus equity.
Hybrid Working
The engineering team collaborates in the London office every Tuesday. Every seven weeks the whole company comes together for a four-day "Anchor Week" focused on planning, collaboration and team building.
Interview Process
- Introductory conversation (with the option to speak directly with the Engineering leadership team for exceptional candidates).
- Short application including three written questions.
- Practical take-home engineering exercise.
- Technical interview discussing your solution and engineering approach.
- Final onsite interview with the wider team.
If you're an experienced product engineer who enjoys owning problems end-to-end, embraces modern AI-assisted software development and wants to help build a category-defining startup, we'd love to hear from you.
