Agentic AI is moving from demos to enterprise production but most enterprise AI projects fail because agents lack company-specific context. This is an opportunity to tackle the root cause, building systems that learn how organisations actually operate by building a continual learning loop. It's with a Series A funded start-up backed by some of the biggest tech VCs. The use case is established and funding is real whilst the company is at a stage to offer meaningful equity and chance to shape the product direction.
What you'll be doing:
- The role spans LLM orchestration, multi-agent systems, confidence scoring, human-in-the-loop feedback, async scalable architecture, and evaluation frameworks.
- Contributing to the direction of AI strategy and product capabilities.
- Architecting asynchronous and scalable systems that handle complex AI orchestration.
- Managing your time between research papers and building production code.
Who you'll be working with:
The team bar is high with founding staff from some of the most notable frontier labs and AI consulting firms. You'd be challenged and not the most senior person in the room.
Why join now?:
The product is positioned to scale with paying customers already expanding. Joining a Series A in a category that's about to scale is where careers accelerate. The founding team have the pedigree and backing to pull off something big.
Requirements:
You bring at least 3 years experience building and shipping AI / ML solutions in a high profile environment and can demonstrate the impact you've had as an IC. You will demonstrate that you've built complicated LLM-based systems with multi layered engineering decisions. A salary of up to £180,000 + equity is on offer.
