We’re working with a growing technology business looking to appoint a Product Owner / Business Analyst to join their product team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across product, business analysis and agile delivery, helping shape the development of customer-focused software solutions. You will work closely with product leadership, engineering teams and key stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear, scalable product features that deliver real value.

The role:

  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritisation
  • Work closely with developers to support sprint planning and delivery
  • Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements
  • Act as the link between technical teams and wider business stakeholders
  • Support workshops, demos and discovery sessions
  • Help shape the product roadmap in line with strategic objectives
  • Support testing and release readiness where required

  • Experience working on software or SaaS products
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools
  • Exposure to cloud-based environments, ideally AWS
  • Previous experience working in regulated, secure or data-led environments would be advantageous
