Engineers are trusted to take ownership, contribute to product direction, and work closely with design and commercial teams to shape what gets built.
- Building end to end features across backend and frontend, from API design through to UI
- Improving performance, usability, and reliability of a live product used by real customers
Technologies:
- Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django experience beneficial)
- Postgres
- Frontend: TypeScript, Vue 3
- Azure, GCP, or AWS experience a bonus
What matters is that you can operate across a modern web stack and pick things up quickly.
- Experience building production web applications across frontend and backend
- Strong grounding in at least one modern frontend framework
- Solid backend experience, ideally with Python or a similar language
- Confidence building APIs and working with data driven systems
- You are building something people actually use, not internal tooling or throwaway prototypes
Salary: £60,000 to £73,000 depending on experience
