I\’m working with a fast-growing London-based fintech that\’s transforming how founders fund their growth. They provide flexible, non-dilutive capital – offering revolving credit facilities between £50K–£1M – to help scaling businesses invest in inventory and marketing without giving up equity.
They\’re a collaborative, high-performing team with a transparent and action oriented culture, partnering with founders for the long term.
The Role :
You\’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team on high-impact strategic and operational projects that drive company growth. It\’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in fast-paced environments, and knows how to bring structure to ambiguity.
What You\’ll Be Doing :
- Leading strategic projects for the CEO, from market insights to data-driven recommendations.
- Streamlining operations and building scalable systems and processes.
- Partnering cross-functionally with finance, sales, account management, and product teams.
- Preparing investor and board materials with clear narratives and metrics.
- Helping to strengthen team culture through internal initiatives and events.
- Supporting people operations – hiring, onboarding, and policy upkeep.
- Taking ownership of high-priority ad-hoc projects for the exec team.
What They\’re Looking For :
- 2–5 years\’ experience in consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, or an ops/strategy role.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills -comfortable using data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Confident using Notion, Excel/Google Sheets, and presentation tools like Figma.
- Calm under pressure and excited to make an impact in a fast-scaling environment.
