Are you a highly experienced Senior Flight Control Engineer with a deep understanding of aeronautics and control theory? This is your chance to join a rapidly growing company specializing in crewed and uncrewed aircraft technology. You will be at the forefront of UAS (Uncrewed Aircraft Systems) development in the UK, working with a passionate and multi-disciplined team on diverse and interesting projects.
As a Senior Flight Control Engineer, you will:
- Use model-based design to develop flight control and simulation software.
- Lead project teams to design and document software, ensuring it meets all requirements.
- Coordinate and contribute to flight performance studies.
- Develop flight dynamics models for company products.
- Coach and mentor team members in the use of software development tools.
What We’re Looking For
- A BSc or MSc degree in an Engineering-related subject.
- Proven experience in designing and documenting control systems.
- Expertise in using MATLAB & Simulink.
