Field Services Engineer

Field Service Engineer | Northern Ireland | £38,000 + Company Van I'm currently recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to join a growing engineering business supporting specialist automated equipment across the UK. This is a genuinely hands-on field role, ideal for an engineer who enjoys fault-finding, maintenance, repairs and working directly with customers . The role: Service, maintain and repair automated industrial equipment Carry out inspections, routine servicing and preventative maintenance Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults Respond to emergency breakdowns Support installation and commissioning of new systems Assist with equipment upgrades and software updates Provide technical support and training to customers Complete service reports and documentation Manage your own schedule and customer travel Regular UK travel with overnight stays Occasional international travel for training What we're looking for: Level 3 electrical and mechanical engineering qualification/experience or equivalent Strong hands-on experience working with machinery or industrial equipment Excellent electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills Experience in maintenance, repair or field service Full UK driving licence Comfortable with regular UK travel and overnight stays Self-motivated and confident working independently Strong customer-facing and communication skills Package: Company van All travel expenses covered Full tools and equipment Company laptop and phone Specialist training in the UK and Germany Pension, life assurance and income protection Annual discretionary performance-based bonus Monday-Friday working Overtime opportunities available #J-18808-Ljbffr
