SR2 partnered with an innovative, high-growth tech company that’s transforming how people interact with the spaces they live and work in. They’re scaling their digital product capability and are now looking for an experienced Scrum Master to help elevate delivery across multiple Agile teams.

What they are looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master within digital product teams.
  • Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum, applying them pragmatically rather than rigidly.

  • Experience delivering complex digital products in environments where expectations and priorities evolve.
  • Ability to balance client needs, delivery commitments and long-term product goals.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, positive and delivery-focused mindset.

You’ll lead Agile delivery across cross-functional squads — working closely with Product, Engineering and Customer teams to ensure predictable, value-led releases. You’ll champion continuous improvement, coach teams toward autonomy, and support the business in maturing its Agile ways of working as it continues to grow. This role reports into a senior operational leader and offers genuine influence over how digital products are shaped, built, and delivered.
