Job Description
Engineering Manager | £110k–£130k | London / Hybrid
This platform helps some of the world’s largest energy providers optimise their systems using real-time AI and predictive modelling, making a tangible impact on carbon emissions across the globe. We’re post-Series B, growing fast, and looking for an Engineering Manager to lead one of our core product squads.
👀 What you’ll be doing:
Leading a cross-functional team
Line managing and mentoring
Driving delivery across the squad while maintaining a strong technical bar
🧠 What we’re looking for:
Strong engineering leadership experience — ideally having managed 4+ engineers
Background in Python, Go or TypeScript (we’re flexible)
Experience building scalable backend systems or real-time data platforms
