Location – Edinburgh (adhoc) Part time | Outside IR35 | Hybrid Scotland | £500-£550 SR2 is working with a consultancy supporting the delivery of a major central government digital transformation programme. They are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams through a digital transformation. You'll be responsible for facilitating collaboration across product, design, engineering and stakeholder groups and ensuring delivery objectives are met. This role requires someone who is comfortable operating in complex government environments, managing competing priorities and helping teams navigate ambiguity to deliver successful outcomes. This role is initially a part-time role , that may progress into full-time. It will be mostly remote but may require some onsite working with the client based in Edinburgh. Strong commercial experience working as a Delivery Manager within central government. Ability to identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies and blockers. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban. Experience working in complex, fast-paced digital transformation programmes. Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills. Location: Remote + adhoc meetings to client in Edinburgh ~ Part-time position (50%) ~ Start ASAP ~6 month rolling contract
