The predicted salary is between 30000 - 70000 £ per year.
£50,000 – Remote/Monthly South West meetups – 12 months FTC - Force for good, remote first business, flexible working, part time considered, 20 + 8 days bank holiday, private medical, weekly lunches, mental health support & more!
You will join a talented team of experts as part of the Delivery Function – manage a portfolio of a mixture of projects, help deliver innovative technology solutions for clients and assist with guiding teams through challenges. You will work on many projects particularly with retained projects for both private and public sector clients, enterprise application development and CMS builds.
Proven experience in a Delivery Manager, Senior Manager, or similar role delivering multiple concurrent design and build technology projects.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and GDS standards, with hands-on experience delivering digital products in line with these practices.
- Expertise in applying Agile methodologies and project delivery tools, with a deep understanding of when and how to use specific techniques to maximise value for our clients.
- Experience working with both public and private sector clients, with familiarity in managing projects for arms-length bodies a plus.
- Solid experience with complex CMS design and build, web design, application design and build, and Power Platform project delivery.
You will have exceptional awareness – be detail orientated, task-driven and be able to organise the existing development team helping them also manage priorities. You will be a delivery evangelist. The team are growing, utilising AGILE methodologies however they want to be challenged and pushed forward as a business and team. This is a great opportunity to grab a team full of talent by the horns and make a big impact from day 1. You will be working amongst a team of top talent in a fully remote team who meet up monthly in the South West.
