HIRING: Senior Implementation Consultant / Delivery Manager – Data Programme (Contract)
We’re recruiting for an experienced Senior Implementation Consultant / Delivery Manager to support a complex data, AI and automation uplift programme within a regulated financial services / fintech environment.
- 📍 Location: Sheffield – on-site 2 days per week
- ⏳ Contract length: 2 months (could be extended to longer)
- 💼 Sector experience: Fintech or financial services experience required
The role
You will act as the senior delivery lead, providing end to end delivery oversight across multiple interdependent workstreams. The focus is on delivery assurance, governance, and integration rather than hands-on build.
Key responsibilities
- Own overall delivery across scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and quality
- Maintain an integrated delivery plan across multiple workstreams
- Establish and run delivery governance, reporting and escalation
- Coordinate delivery across data platform, data products and AI/automation initiatives
- Manage cross-workstream dependencies and delivery risks
- Act as the senior delivery point of contact for stakeholders and suppliers
Experience required
- Senior Delivery Manager / Project Manager experience on complex data or technology programmes
- Proven experience coordinating multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms and analytics delivery
- Experience delivering in regulated financial services or fintech environments
- Excellent governance, planning and risk management skills
- Exposure to AI, automation or advanced analytics
- Experience with data governance or assurance
This is a short term contract suited to someone who can quickly bring structure and confidence to delivery in a financial services setting.
