Are you a pragmatic and passionate Agile Delivery Manager who thrives on coaching teams to deliver meaningful, user-centred products? This is your chance to join one of the UK’s leading Cancer charities, dedicated to supporting people living with cancer, where your expertise will directly contribute to life-changing services. Funded entirely by voluntary donations, their mission is to ensure no one faces cancer alone.
The role is primarily remote with monthly travel to London and are exceptionally flexible in terms of work schedule including compressed hours.
As an Agile Delivery Manager, you will:
- Coach and Support cross-functional Product teams through the full Scrum lifecycle, ensuring all ceremonies are effective and valuable.
- Optimise Delivery Flow by removing blockers and impediments, managing capacity, and addressing complex internal and external risks.
- Champion Alignment by facilitating effective collaboration across teams and departments to ensure delivery toward shared goals.
- Foster Culture by creating an empowered team environment that takes ownership of delivery outcomes and drives continuous improvement.
- Maintain Transparency by supporting Product Managers in maintaining a healthy backlog and clearly reporting progress to all stakeholders.
What We\’re Looking For
- Proven experience coaching multidisciplinary teams to apply Agile and Lean best practice while delivering technology products and platforms.
- Demonstrable experience in capacity planning and managing complex internal and external dependencies to prioritize highest value activity.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with proven ability to manage challenging conversations and senior stakeholders\’ expectations.
