Data Science Manager – Consultancy – London – Up to 90k

Im partnered with a leading UK data & technology consultancy in the national security and defence sector, looking for an experienced Data Scientist with strong client-facing and leadership skills.

Youll lead end-to-end data projects from discovery and proof-of-concept through to delivery helping clients tackle complex data challenges and make smarter, faster decisions. Expect to work across diverse datasets, shape technical strategy, and guide small teams in agile, collaborative environments.

What you\’ll be doing:

• Leading client projects and acting as a subject matter expert across data science and analytics initiatives.
• Working in agile, cross-functional teams from PoC through MVP and production stages.
• Translating messy, complex data into clear, actionable insights using robust, evidence-based techniques.

Were looking for someone with:

• 5+ years experience in data science or analytics (consultancy or engineering background ideal)
• Proven experience leading projects and managing stakeholders
• Strong Python, SQL/NoSQL, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) skills
• The ability to communicate technical insights clearly and confidently

Hybrid 23 days per week from London or on client site.
