The role
This is a high-impact outbound sales position focused on winning and scaling mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Own outbound pipeline generation across merchants (£5m–£250m+ turnover)
- Run full sales cycles from prospecting through to close
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals and build internal champions
- Deliver consultative, value-led sales focused on cost reduction and revenue growth
- Collaborate closely with product and leadership on GTM strategy
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting
What they’re looking for
- 3-4+ B2B sales track record in payments
- 7+ total years of sales experience
- Strong understanding of merchant challenges and payment economics
- Ability to manage longer, multi-threaded sales cycles
- Commercially sharp, able to articulate ROI and business impact
- Familiarity with MEDDICC or similar methodologies is a plus
