💼 Compliance Coordinator (Full-time or Part-time) | SR2

We’re super excited to be growing our Operations team at SR2! One of our brilliant colleagues is stepping into a new role, and we’re now looking for one Full-Time OR two Part-Time Compliance Coordinators to join us.

This role is all about making sure our contractor workforce stays compliant, clients are supported, and our processes remain up to date.

What you’ll be doing

  • Co-managing our ticketing system and shared inbox: triaging, delegating, and actioning work
  • Running end-to-end contractor onboarding & compliance
  • Creating, issuing, and tracking paperwork
  • Speaking with clients & candidates, resolving queries
  • Setting up timesheets and chasing approvals
  • Playing a vital role in making sure every contractor starts with the right documentation in place
  • Suggesting process improvements to keep us sharp and efficient
  • Assisting with ad hoc business projects when needed

  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
  • Confident communicator
  • Compliance experience within contract recruitment (IT sector)
  • Knowledge of IR35, AWR, GDPR
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g. Freshdesk)
  • Experience using Bullhorn CRM
